School Life

We have a vibrant school life at Powerscourt National School filled with opportunity and fun. All our pupils are encouraged to get involved with every aspect of school life, from sports, after school clubs and student led initiatives.

We have a  buddy system in place in our school. We ensure each new Junior Infants child is paired with a 6th class student. This buddy system helps to promote friendship, behavioral and social needs, and can foster a greater sense of belonging and a more inclusive school community.
